Our story

Two river deltas, one kitchen.

Puja grew up between her grandmother's kitchen in Kolkata and her aunt's courtyard in Guwahati — one ruled by mustard and poppy seed, the other by sour tomatoes, lemon and river fish.

Puja's Kitchen is where those two inheritances meet. No dining room, no shortcuts: a single cloud kitchen, spices ground on stone every morning, and food that travels the short distance from our kadai to your table.
